Please use a trackable shipping method. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Please do not send parcels unfree (postage unpaid), and please do not refuse delivery as a way of returning goods – a refused parcel does not reach our returns address and delays your refund.

Bundles and free add-ons:
Some products are offered with free or discounted add-ons (e.g. free headphones when buying two or more t-shirts, or a free belt for the first 100 orders). If you return goods so that the conditions of the offer are no longer met, please return the free or discounted add-on together with them. Otherwise, the regular single price of the add-on (headphones: EUR 25.00) will be deducted from your refund.

Customers outside the EU:
The statutory right of withdrawal below applies to consumers. We also accept returns from outside the EU within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping to Germany and any customs fees are at the customer's expense. Please contact us first – in some cases we can offer a size exchange or another solution.

B. CANCELLATION POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to Singh/Muric GbR – RESQUE Returns, Sanddornweg 33, 24568 Kaltenkirchen, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

End of cancellation policy

General notes
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to protect them against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods unfree (postage unpaid).
3) Please note that points 1 and 2 are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
